Zusammenfassung
Durch die Anwendung von Teilbogenmechaniken zur Einordnung verlagerter
Eckzähne kann nicht nur eine genaue Definition der Kräfte und
der Zugrichtung erfolgen, sondern zusätzlich die Anwendungszeit
festsitzender Multibracketapparaturen deutlich reduziert werden. Die hier
demonstrierte Befestigungsmethode für palatinale Teilbogenmechaniken
stellt eine einfach zu inserierende, zeit- und kostensparende Methode dar,
sofern Bänder mit Hooks an den Palatinalschlössern verwendet
werden.
Abstract
The use of sectional mechanics for the extrusion of displaced canines not only
allows an accurate definition of the forces and the direction of traction, but
additionally significantly reduces the application time of fixed multibracket
appliances. The attachment method for palatal sectional mechanics demonstrated
here represents an easy-to-insert, time- and cost-saving method, provided that
bands with hooks on the palatal sheaths are used.
